Inclusion Criteria
Patients with acute ischemic stroke proven by NCCT Head/MRI presenting within 48 hours of onset.
Patients above 18 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with head injury
Patients with previously diagnosed cardiovascular diseases.
Patients with serum electrolyte abnormality.
