1 Cases between the age of 14 to 20 year
2 Both male and female candidates are included
3 Candidates with the complaint of foul breath or halitosis
4 Candidates with the complaint of Asya vairasya,Annabhiruchi,Uplepa due to oral unhygienic condition
1 Contraindications for kawal upkrama as per ayurvedic classics were excluded
2 Individuals having any systemic disorders were also excluded
3 Individuals having Stomatitis secondary infections of oral cavity oral malignancies and benign tumor syphilitic lesion T.B.lesion and immunosuppressive diseases like AIDS etc were excluded
