Inclusion Criteria
ASA I, ASA II, Hb>10, elective laparotomy surgery, consent to participation, no important underlying disease.
Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled underlying disease, addiction to alcohol and opioids, sensitivity to opioids, Ketamine or Lidocaine, weight>115kg, height<140cm.

Name Time Method Comparison of acute pain after elective laparotomy surgery. Timepoint: Just after surgery, 6 hrs after surgery, 12 hrs after surgery, 18 hrs after surgery, 24 hrs after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale.
