Inclusion Criteria

•ASA I, ASA II, Hb\>10, elective laparotomy surgery, consent to participation, no important underlying disease.
•Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled underlying disease, addiction to alcohol and opioids, sensitivity to opioids, Ketamine or Lidocaine, weight\>115kg, height\<140cm.
