- •ASA I, ASA II, Hb>10, elective laparotomy surgery, consent to participation, no important underlying disease.
- •Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled underlying disease, addiction to alcohol and opioids, sensitivity to opioids, Ketamine or Lidocaine, weight>115kg, height<140cm.
