入选标准
- •1. Age > 60 years
- •2. Sex: both male and female
- •3.Intertrochanteric fracture (AO/OTA classification type 31-A2, 31-A3)
- •4.Fracture less than 6 weeks from date of injury
- •5.Medullary canal size > 10 mm
排除标准
- •1. Pathological fractures/tumours
- •2.Neurovascular injuries
- •3.Multiple fracture
- •4.Coagulopathy
- •5.Antiplatelet agents taken (such as Warfarin , Clopidogrel ) less than one month before surgery
- •6.AO/OTA classification type 31- A3 that need to do open reduction with internal fixation
