Inclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant patient which is posted for lower section caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia (elective and semi elective)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Emergency indication like APH, Placenta previa, Preeclampsia, Foetal disterss, cord prolapse,Patient with cardiorespiratory diseases,diabetic, hypo/hyperthyroidism,obese patients \>100 kg, allergic to local anaesthetics, short stature, spinal deformity.
