- •Emergency indication like APH, Placenta previa, Preeclampsia, Foetal disterss, cord prolapse,Patient with cardiorespiratory diseases,diabetic, hypo/hyperthyroidism,obese patients >100 kg, allergic to local anaesthetics, short stature, spinal deformity.
