Evaluation of the effect of implementing follow-up care model on self-efficacy and readmission due to infection in patients with pemphigus vulgaris.Because nurses play an important role in the care of pemphigus patients, and given the inherent complexities of today's health care system, it is the nurses'challenge to demonstrate their interdisciplinary competence. Skin problems are one of the most common problems that nurses face. Pemphigus is a chronic and resistant disease that affects the self-efficacy of the patient's life. Patients, on the other hand, find the disease to be significantly more crippling than what doctors say. The most important clinical goal in chronic diseases such as pemphigus is to increase self-efficacy and prevent infection and hospitalization.
