Inclusion Criteria
1. Recreational and Sub-elite long-distance runners.
2. Should meet the criteria for overstriding i.e., Distance of COM and foot strike point at loading response should be greater than one-third of foot length.
3. Currently running on average 15 kms a week
Exclusion Criteria
1. Runners who reported an injury during the last three months.
2. Any current low back or lower extremity pain while running.
