Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Women with adnexal masses who undergone elective adnexal surgery at HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center
  • \-Age more than 18 years old
  • \-Basic information were completely recorded including age, menopausal status
  • \-Preoperative ultrasound performed at at HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center, and performed by OB\-GYN residents or OB\-GYN fellow/ staffs, were completely recorded
  • \-CA 125 level before operation
  • \-Never have undergone uterus/ adnexal removal surgery
  • \-If the pathology reported to be malignancy, only epithelial ovarian cancer cell type were included in this study

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- Pregnancy
  • \- previously diagnosed as ovarian cancer or any malignancy (any known cancer were excluded)
  • \- no pathologic report of adnexal mass
  • \- 10 predicting parameters were not all completely recorded
