Inclusion Criteria

1 Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria based on American Rheumatism Association (ARA) 1987.

2 Both Seropositive and Seronegative RA factor.

3 Subjects in the age group of 20-60 years of either sex.

4 Patients willing to give written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Subjects having chronicity for more than 10yrs and having severe crippling deformity.

2 Subjects suffering from Systemic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Cardio-vascular, Hepatic or Renal disorders, Hypertension, AIDS, Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, Ischemic Heart Diseases, Tuberculosis, Other Rheumatic conditions like Osteoarthritis, Gout, Psoriatic arthritis.

3 Patients on methotrexate drugs.

4 Pregnant and lactating mothers.
