Inclusion Criteria
Posted for elective robotic thyroidectomy by robotic assisted breast axillo insufflation (RABIT) technique
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Intra-operative conversion to open thyroidectomy
3. Any pre-existing anterior neck pain or chronic pain
4. Any disease with pre-existing neurological and neuropathic co-morbidities
5. Inability of the patient to understand any of the scoring systems like numerical rating scale(NRS) or douleur neuropathique 4(DN4) questionnaire
