Patients of age 25-65 years of age
Patients with missing mandibular posterior teeth.
Patients with 8mm of bone available above the mandibular canals(short implants placement)
Patients with 12mm of bone available above the mandibular canals(standard implants placement)
Patients with myocardial infarction, ischemic heart diseases and other cardiac disorders
Patients with uncontrolled diabetes
Postmenopausal women who are under hormonal replacement therapy
Patients under anticoagulants,statins
Pregnant women
Lactating women
Smokers
Patients under chemotherpy
