Brief Summary

There was no statistical difference in demographic data between 2 groups at the start of the study. The final evaluation was carried out in 20 patients. There was no statistical difference between 2 groups when comparing ASES, VAS and range of motion improvement. Mean operative time was slightly shorter in knotless groups

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.Supraspinatous or/and infraspinatous muscle tear with failure of conservative treatment
  • •2.Age > 18 years old

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1.Previous surgery or injury around the shoulder which continue to limit function of shoulder
  • •2.Arthritic disease
  • •3.Continuing corticosteroids agents
  • •4.Not fit for surgery
