Inclusion Criteria
- •Only Recreational Badminton Players
- •Players who play atleast twice a week
- •According to weight bearing lunge test, men who have less than 14\.2 cm and women who have less than 12\.7 cm from wall to heel
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recent surgeries in leg
- •Recent injuriers and fracture in leg
- •Neuromuscular disorder
- •Calf muscle strain
