Inclusion Criteria

เกà¸à¸‘์การคัดผู้ป่วยเข้าการศึกษา (Inclusion criteria)
1.อาสาสมัครที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
2.มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างร่วมกับร้าวลงขา(Low back and radicular pain)
3.อาการปวดไม่ดีขึ้นหลังจากการรักษาแบบอนุรักษ์นิยมอย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
4.มีอาการปวดหลังหรือขา VAS score > 5
5.MRI มี contained disc extrusion ขนาดเล็กกว่า 5 มิลลิเมตร และมีสัดส่วนความกว้างของหมอนรองกระดูกมากกว่าร้อยละ50 ของหมอนรองกระดูกระดับที่ติดกัน

Exclusion Criteria

เกà¸à¸‘์การคัดผู้ป่วยออกจากการศึกษา (Exclusion criteria)
1.BMI > 40 kg/cm2
2.ผู้ที่มีอาการปวดร้าวลงขาจากการกดเบียดของหมอนรองกระดูกมากกว่า 1 ระดับ
3.ผู้ที่เคยได้รับการผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังส่วนlumbar
4.ผู้ที่มีความผิดปกติของกระดูกสันหลัง เช่น spondylolithesis, infection, malignant spinal conditions
5.ผู้ป่วยที่มีinstabilityหรือมีcauda equine syndrome
6.ผู้ที่ตั้งครรภ์หรือผู้ที่มีcardiac pacemaker
7.ผู้ป่วยที่มีprogressive neurological deficit
8.ผู้ป่วยที่เคยมีประวัติแพ้ยาsteroid
