Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age: 18 to 55 years
- •2\.Gender: both male and female
- •3\.ASA grade I or II
- •4\.Duration of surgery minimum of 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\.Diabetic patient
- •3\.Hypertensive patient
- •4\.Patient on drugs causing hypo or hyperglycemia like steroids, OHA, etc.
- •5\.Contraindication to any of the study drugs
- •6\.Patient requiring Rapid sequence intubation
