Elderly above 60years
Elderly having Moderate to severe Frailty Syndrome
Able to understand Nepali/ Hindi/English Language
Caregivers of Frail Elderly
Primary caregivers who are spouse, children, family members, relatives
Age above 18years
Those who are having Moderate to serve burden.
Those who are staying with the elderly for 6month
Elderly clients
Below age of 60years
Elderly with Mild Frailty syndrome
Clients who are diagnosed with severe mental illness
Those who is not willing to participate
Caregivers of Frail Elderly
