入选标准
- •All patients of corrosive esophageal strictures aged above 18 years and below 60 years
- •Presenting after at least 6 weeks of ingestion of corrosive substance
- •Having single stricture in the esophagus
- •Baseline Dysphagia score 1 or above
- •Recurrent corrosive strictures
- •Treatment experienced patients with prior episodes of esophageal bougie dilatation for corrosive esophageal stricture
排除标准
- •Stricture within 25 cm from incisor teeth or Cricopharyngeal Stricture
- •Number of strictures 2 or more
- •Patients unable to abide by the follow up rule
- •Postoperative case of corrosive stricture of esophagus excluding feeding jejunostomy for gastric outlet obstruction
- •Patients not giving consent
