Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients presenting with the clinical features of Vatarakta.
- •2. Patients with either sex between the age group of 30 to 70 years.
- •3. Patients fit for Virechana Karma.
- •4. Patients showing the uric acid level above 6 mg/dl.
- •5. Patients with chronicity of disease more than 6 month less than 5 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients unfit for Virechana Karma.
- •2. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, HTN, systemic disorders and endocrine disorders and any other malignancy.
- •3. Patients with autoimmune disease of joints.
- •4. Patients with infection and communicable disease.
- •5. Pregnant, lactating mother and menstruating females.
- •6. Patients associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis.
