Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients Diagnosed as Pakshagata (CVA with Hemiplegia)
2 Mild to Moderate Hypertensive
3 Patients indicated for Nasya and Basti Karma
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients of intracranial infection
2 Patients with degenerative lesion
3 Patients of trauma
4 Patients under Asadhya (incurable) category as per Dalhana commentary
