Inclusion Criteria
A. Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, trauma surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, etc. under general anesthesia
B. Patients with current TBI symptom/sign or with TBI history and related sequelae within the last 1 year who can give voluntary consent
C. Patients who can induce anesthesia through bolus injection with Propofol or Ketamine
D. Age: 19 to 80 years old
E. Patients extubated and awakened after anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
A. Patients with ASA class 4 or higher
B. Pregnant women
