•Patient has received a form correction or tooth widening with directly applied composite materials between 01/2001 and 12/2012 in the Department of Dentistry Conservation of the Clinic for Oral, Dental and Jaw Diseases of the University Hospital of Heidelberg
•Patient has received a form correction or tooth widening with directly introduced composite materials between 01/2001 and 12/2012 in the Polyclinic for Tooth Preservation and Periodontics of the Clinic for Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Diseases of the University Hospital Würzburg
•Patient is healthy
•Patient is able to consent

•Physical limitations or disabilities that do not allow the patient normal oral hygiene
•Signs of heavily neglected oral hygiene (severe periodontal disease or rapidly progressing tooth decay)
•Patient is pregnant or breastfeeding
•Illness of the patient requiring medical shielding from dental treatment
