Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients of Symptomatic gallstones disease

2. Age 25-45 years

3. ASA grade l/ll

4. Ready to give consent for participation

Exclusion Criteria

1. Comorbid conditions [Diabetes mellitus/HIV/immune compromised]

2. Platelet counts <150000/ Disorder of platelet function

3. Systemic infection/ Fever within 4 weeks prior to surgery

4. Conversion to open cholecystectomy

5. Intraoperative complications requiring prolonged hospital stay

6. Any suspicious of malignancy
