Inclusion Criteria
Posttraumatic stress disorder after childhood sexual abuse, feeling of being contaminated, informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Psychological treatment which cannot be interrupted for the period of study participation (5 weeks), life time diagnosis of psychotic or bipolar disorder, BMI < 16.5, suicidality, addiction, mental retardiation

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Intensity, vividness and uncontrollability of the feeling of being contaminated and the resulting distress on visual analogue scales before treatment (week after study intake), after treatment (week after first treatment session) and follow up (four weeks after the first treatment session)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Posttraumatic symptoms assessed via Posttraumatic Diagnostic Scale (PDS) and Davidson Trauma Scale (DTS) before treatment, after treatment and follow-up and via Clinician administered PTSD scale (CAPS) before and follow up treatment
