- •- Age 2-15 years
- •- Moderate to severe asthma exacerbation (Thammasat asthma score ≥ 5, SpO2 < 95%)
- •- Non respond to SABAs or anticholinergic 3 doses with systemic corticosteroid
排除标准
- •- BT > 38.5 C
- •- Hypotension < P25
- •- Renal, pulmonary, cardiology disease
