- •Preterm infant born less than or equal to 33 weeks at Siriraj hospital, Thailand
- •Parental consent obtained
排除标准
- •Congenital gastrointestinal tract anomalies.
- •Major congenital anomalies or chromosomal abnormalities.
- •Critical congenital heart defects, except patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect.
- •Mothers receiving immunosuppressive therapy, or those with severe immune system disorders or infectious diseases.
- •Infants born to mothers aged less than 18 years of age
