Name Time Method Prenatal care satisfaction<br>Proportion of initiating breastfeeding<br>Infant morbidity, composite outcome: APGAR score <7 5 minutes postpartum or admission to the neonatal intensive care unit.<br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1)Perinatal health indicators:<br /><br>- Infant data (GA at delivery, birth weight, APGAR score, NICU admission, mortality)<br /><br>- Maternal data (physical and mental health, blood pressure, weight, weight change during/after pregnancy, general well-being during pregnancy, health behaviors, psychosocial and social support, birth preparation, self-regulation, fetal health locus of control, health literacy).<br>- Care data (mode of birth, place of birth)<br /><br>2)Process evaluations:<br /><br>- Pregnant women: adequacy of care, participation of partners, uptake interventions, perceived integration of care, satisfaction, attendance of group sessions.<br /><br>- Health professionals: provided information/activities to women during care, collaboration / integration, satisfaction with provided care, costs.
