Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Among the patients scheduled for surgery
- •1\) American society of anesthesiologist physical status (ASA PS) I\-III adult patients (aged 19\-65\)
- •2\) Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy using desflurane
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Children (18 years old or younger)
- •2\) BMI\> 25 kg / m 2 or \<18\.5 kg / m 2
- •3\) Neuromuscular disease or mental illness
- •4\) Those diagnosed with metabolic diseases
- •5\) Drug addiction or alcohol addiction
- •6\) Liver, kidney disease
- •7\) Pregnant and lactating women
- •8\) Emergency surgery
- •9\) Those who fall under the taboo disease of each drug
