1. Patients with metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance;
2. TCM syndrome differentiation for dampness and heat trapped the spleen;
3. Aged between 18 and 70 years;
4. Normal heart, liver and kidney function;
5. Sign informed consent voluntarily.
1. Patients allergic to traditional Chinese medicine or metformin;
2. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases, heart, liver and renal insufficiency; Diagnosed as severe fatty liver, and must be given medication;
3. Complicated with other organs serious diseases, malignant tumors;
4. Pregnancy and planned pregnancy, nursing patients;
5. Patients who are allergic to drug ingredients used in this study;
6. patients had diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis and infection within one month;
7. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
8. Psychopath, or Patients can't cooperate.
