Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1: Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and have not undergone surgical treatmen
- •2: The chief complaint was neck and shoulder pain
- •3: The course of disease is \=3 months
- •4: The age is between 18 and 75 years old
- •5: 4 points \=VAS score \=6 points
- •6: Those who are conscious, can clearly express their opinions and sign the informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1: Suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases and other system diseases, and the researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in the research
- •2: Those who have been or are currently diagnosed with schizophrenia, major depression and other serious mental disorders
- •3: Those who took antidepressants, analgesics, hormones and other drugs in the last 30 days
- •4: Those who received other clinical trials or acupuncture treatment in the last 30 days
- •5: Female patients during pregnancy or lactation
- •6: Patients who refuse acupuncture or have any acupuncture contraindications
- •7: People who are not suitable for magnetic resonance examination, such as implanted metal in the body and closed phobia
- •8: Active peptic ulcer or bleeding, allergic to sulfonamides or celecoxib or related contraindications; Pet\-name ruby with blood disease, taking anticoagulant drugs and other high risk of bleeding
