Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1: Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and have not undergone surgical treatmen
  • 2: The chief complaint was neck and shoulder pain
  • 3: The course of disease is \=3 months
  • 4: The age is between 18 and 75 years old
  • 5: 4 points \=VAS score \=6 points
  • 6: Those who are conscious, can clearly express their opinions and sign the informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1: Suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases and other system diseases, and the researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in the research
  • 2: Those who have been or are currently diagnosed with schizophrenia, major depression and other serious mental disorders
  • 3: Those who took antidepressants, analgesics, hormones and other drugs in the last 30 days
  • 4: Those who received other clinical trials or acupuncture treatment in the last 30 days
  • 5: Female patients during pregnancy or lactation
  • 6: Patients who refuse acupuncture or have any acupuncture contraindications
  • 7: People who are not suitable for magnetic resonance examination, such as implanted metal in the body and closed phobia
  • 8: Active peptic ulcer or bleeding, allergic to sulfonamides or celecoxib or related contraindications; Pet\-name ruby with blood disease, taking anticoagulant drugs and other high risk of bleeding
