(1) Adult patients over 18 years of age
(2) Patients in the risk group for pressure injuries with a Braden scale score of 18 or less, recovering in a ward after general surgery requiring general anesthesia for more than 3 hours
(3) Patients returning to a general ward after surgery
(1) Patients with unresolved existing pressure injuries in the sacrum region
(2) Patients unable to change their posture due to spinal cord injury
(3) Patients with incontinence associated dermatitis accompanied by fungal infection in the sacrum region
(4) Patient who has moved to the intensive care unit
(5) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate to continue the study
