入选标准
- •(1) Adult patients over 18 years of age
- •(2) Patients in the risk group for pressure injuries with a Braden scale score of 18 or less, recovering in a ward after general surgery requiring general anesthesia for more than 3 hours
- •(3) Patients returning to a general ward after surgery
排除标准
- •(1) Patients with unresolved existing pressure injuries in the sacrum region
- •(2) Patients unable to change their posture due to spinal cord injury
- •(3) Patients with incontinence associated dermatitis accompanied by fungal infection in the sacrum region
- •(4) Patient who has moved to the intensive care unit
- •(5) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate to continue the study
