Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Women \>18years of age
- •2\)Stage II of pelvic organ prolapse graduated by a gynecologist will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with detrusor over activity
- •2\) Reduced cistometric capacity and/or bladder compliance.
- •3\) Previous surgical treatment for stress urinary incontinence
- •4\) cystocele or rectocele
- •5\) Uterine prolapse of grade more than 3
- •6\) Current or recurrent vulvovaginitis
- •7\) Current or recurrent urinary tract infections
- •8\) Pregnancy
- •9\) Pace Maker
- •10\) Pelvic cancer
