Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Clinically diagnosed as inguinal hernia, willing to give consent for surgery, and available for follow up.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Complicated, recurrent, bilateral hernia.
- •Uncorrected bladder outlet obstruction.
- •Chronic cough, COPD.
- •Local skin infection.
- •Previous history of lower abdominal surgery.
- •Unfit for general anaesthesia.
- •Complete hernia, sliding hernia.
