Controlled diabetes and hypertension in known case of diabetes and hypertension, with normal fundus in evaluation.
Patients willing to participate in the study by giving informed and written consent
Uneventful cataract surgery
1.Not consenting to participate in the study
2. Mentally challenged and younger age patients who are unlikely to cooperate for the assessment of the study and need general anaesthesia for surgery
3. Any anterior segment and posterior segment pathology such as glaucoma, corneal disease, retina, vitreous except cataract.
4. Pre-existing significant astigmatism error.
5. Systemic diseases effecting the visual outcome like Diabetes and Hypertension.
6. ACIOL, IOL in Sulcus, Iris Claw lens, Secondary IOL Implantation.
7. Patient who doesn’t follow up after 30 days of surgery.
