- •1.Age group: above 18 years
- •2.Participant irrespective of their sex, caste, religion and duration of illness were the diagnosed of Primary hypothyroidism.
- •3.Patients with serum TSH > 5.0 mlU/L and FT4 < 12.0pmol/L
- •4.Patients taking or not taking synthetic thyroid hormone.
- •5.Normal thyroid profile and taking synthetic thyroid hormone.
排除标准
- •1.Age group: below 18 years.
- •2.Pregnant females.
- •3.The cases with secondary hypothyroidism
