To investigate if exercise can improve the sarcopenia/ bone remodeling in CKD patients.

Inclusion Criteria
- •All the subjects are older than 20 year-old and be able to communicate in Mandarin verbally.
Exclusion Criteria
- •We will exclude those with unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction within 6 months, severe anemia (Hb <10g/dL), systolic hypertension >190mmHg, active inflammation/infection, malignancy, autoimmune diseases, emotional instability, musculoskeletal disability, poorly controlled blood glucose or parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, uncontrolled cardiac failure or respiratory problems, prior month hospitalization.

非運動組慢性接受透析超過三個月
常規治療
運動組慢性接受透析超過三個月
接受三個月的運動加上常規治療
非運動組慢性腎功能不全(eGFR <60ml/min 或者是蛋白尿超過 200mg/g)
常規治療
