- •Total hip replacement
- •ASA physical status I, II
- •preoperative hemoglobin > 12 g/dL
- •absence of clinically significant coronary, pulmonary, renal, or liver disease
- •absence of severe hypertension
- •absence of infection and risk of bacteremia
排除标准
- •ASA physical status III, IV, V
- •Hematologic disease
- •Anticoagulant medication
- •Renal disease
- •Pulmonary disease (pulmonary edema, effusion)
- •Cardiovascular disease (coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure)
