入选标准
- •1. ASA grade I & II
- •2. Age group of 18-60 years
- •3. Body Mass Index- Normal (18.5 to 24.9)
- •4. Elective surgical procedure under general anaesthesia who is fit in pre-operative check-up
- •5.Elective Surgical Procedure duration >30mins
- •6.Max 3 attempts at intubation
排除标准
- •1)Patients having the following predictors of difficult intubation-[19]
- •oPatient with upper incisors and / or prominent overbite
- •oInter-Incisor distance < 3 finger breadths
- •oMandibular floor distance <3 finger breadths
- •oThyromental distance < 2 finger breadths
- •oMallampati score >2
- •oHighly arched palate
- •oLarge, thick tongue
- •oShort, thick neck
- •oPatient unable to touch chin to chest / extend head
- •2)Patients having uncontrolled Cardiovascular, Renal or Respiratory co-morbidities
- •3)Past History of Difficult Intubation.
- •4) Patients who do not give consent
- •5) Patients who do not undergo laparoscopic surgeries
