Age 20-65 years patients with carpal tunnel syndrome Informed consent of patient in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Neuropathy or an old nerve injury
Patients with systemic disease, such as disease, arthritis, diabetes, hypothyroidism
Dissatisfaction to fill consent paper
