Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Type 1 diabetes
- •2\. HbA1c \>\= 7\.5 percent
- •3\. Duration of diabetes \> 1 year
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant or lactating women
- •2\. Diabetes other than T1DM
- •3\. Any other co\-morbidity diagnosed within 5 years/ chronic disease such as liver disorder, GI tract disorder that can affect nutrient absorption.
- •4\. Any other disease condition that can affect nutritional intake such as celiac disease
- •5\. Nephropathy with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4 and 5\.
