- •1.Age 18-65 years
- •2. Both genders
- •3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grading, I-II
- •4.Elective head, neck, face, middle ear, spine and neurosurgeries
排除标准
- •1. < 18 and >65 years
- •2.Non-consenting as well as pregnant patients
- •3.Patients with uncontrolled co-existing systemic or metabolic diseases
- •4.History of alcohol or substance abuse or psychiatric illness
- •5.Known sensitivity to dexmedetomidine
- •6.BMI >30 kg/m2
