- •adult patients over the age of 20 scheduled for spinal tumor removal and fixation

- •Renal failure
- •Preexisting congestive heart failure(NYHA III ~ IV)
- •Coagulopathy
- •Abnormal liver function
- •Anti coagulation/Anti platelet ,edication
- •Foreigner, illiterate
- •Disabled person,
