The present study, Randomised clinical controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and immunological impact of Maricha Goghrita Yoga in Sheetpitta is planned to assess the clinical efficacy and immunological impact of Maricha Goghrita Yoga in patients of Sheetpitta (Chronic Urticaria). A total of 60 patients will be enrolled and randomly divided into two equal groups of 30 patients each. Group A (experimental Group) will receive Maricha Goghrita Yoga, while Group B (control Group) will receive Tab. Fexofenadine. Subjective assessment will be carried out using Urticarial Activity Score(UAS), including Daha, Toda, Kandu, Chardi, and Jwar. Objective assessment willl include Serum IgE level and Absolute Eosinophil Count (AEC). Evaluation will be performed at five visits (Visit 1 to Visit 5) to asssess clinical improvement and immunological changes.

入选标准
- •Diagnosed patients with history of chronic urticaria
- •Patients irrespective of gender will be included and who are willing to take medicine
- •Age group within 18-60 years
- •UAS more than or equal to 7 and less than or equal to 27
- •Patients having any signs and symptoms of Sheetpitta.
排除标准
- •Known case of dermatitis
- •Known case of active allergic conditions other than chronic urticaria
- •History of Angioedema
- •History of anaphylaxix to medicine
- •Known case of Immunocompromised patients or subjects on immunosupressive drugs.
- •Patients suffering from severe systemic illness
- •Pregnant and lactating females
- •Patient taking Anticoagulant 9.
