Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age:18\-60 years
- •All patients of lower limb surgeries.
- •All patients having major abdominal surgeries and thoracotomy.
- •Patients giving consent for procedure.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Hypotension, Cardiogenic and Spinal Shock
- •Patients with Septicemia.
- •Mechanically ventilated patients.
- •Patient having coagulopathy/ on anticoagulants /bleeding.
- •Patient with History of head trauma.
- •known allergic to any local anesthetic.
- •Unconcious patient.
- •Refused to give consent for Epidural placement.
