- •1)Spinal surgery in supine position
- •2)Patients aged less than 18 years,
- •3)Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, past history of myocardial infarction, post CABG or stenting and those with significant valvular disease
- •4)Patients with ASA-Physical Status III, IV
