Inclusion Criteria
- •spine surgery in prone position
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Spinal surgery in supine position
- •2\)Patients aged less than 18 years,
- •3\)Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, past history of myocardial infarction, post CABG or stenting and those with significant valvular disease
- •4\)Patients with ASA\-Physical Status III, IV
