前瞻性验证我们前期回顾性分析建立的脊柱转移瘤脊髓压迫症术后生存、功能预后预测模型。

Eligibility Criteria

Ages: 18 to 90 (—)
Sex: All

Inclusion Criteria

•① 年龄大于 18 岁； ② 原发肿瘤组织学诊断明确； ③ MRI 显示脊柱转移瘤脊髓受压； ④ 患者出现神经缺失症状。

Exclusion Criteria

•① 患者不能耐受手术； ② 髓内、硬膜内转移； ③ 患者不配合随访。
