Females in their pre menopausal stage, females with urinary incontinence, females who would have borderline clinical depression (17-20) and moderate depression (21-30) score according to Beck depression inventory, Females with parity less than 3 times, Females with grade 1 prolapse having complaint of incontinence, willingness to participate in the study or having a clear treatment preference.
Pregnant women, Urinary tract infection, History of pelvic tumors, Diabetes mellitus, History of smoking, Chronic chest disease, Hysterectomy, Subjects on diuretics, anti hypertensive medications, Any surgical intervention for urinary incontinence.
