- •Age between 9 and 10 years old with informed consent from parents or guardians; be enrolled and regularly attend public elementary school

- •Students who have been diagnosed with any psychological and/or psychiatric disorder and/or intellectual and cognitive disability and who are using medication and/or are in the acute phase of such disorders; those who are already carrying out meditative or similar practices, or who have done so in the last 12 months
