Inclusion Criteria
1)Parents who live with their preschool children aged 2 to 5 years.
2)Parents who can read, write and understand English or Hindi, or Kannada.
3)Families with at least one digital device like a television or computer or smartphone, or any other digital device in their house.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Parents of children diagnosed with any developmental disabilities.
2)Parents self-reported any digital device addictions or mental health problems.
