Inclusion Criteria

It has been physiologically postmenopausal
At least have the ability to read and write
Persian and Persian
Do not have drug addiction
It has not been treated for hormone replacement in the last 6 months
The known mental and psychological problem is treated by self-declaration
Married and live with his wife
No history of hysterectomy
age 45 to 55

Exclusion Criteria

Unwilling to continue attending
Missing more than one meeting
Incidence of adverse events during the study (such as the loss of a spouse and child)
Having physical and mental illness with personal comments during the study
